Not religious but I’d assume that even if I were, it’s not my place to say. They’d go wherever god determines. Different groups have different ideas of how strict he is

If this is towards Christians then neither because Christians believe Jesus died for their sins, so worshipping god isn’t enough- you have to believe that Jesus’s sacrifice bought your ticket to Heaven. If you’re Jewish then the atheist goes to hell, if you’re Islam then both go to hell, if you’re atheist then everyone returns to the nothingness we were before. If you think it’s a simulation then we wake up. If Cthulhu wakes up, we all get wiped out.
