That stopped mattering when we elected Trump again (though disqualified under the reconstruction Act). The new rule is apparently that the votes decide who’s eligible so the constitutional qualification rules are just suggestions. Heck we could elect Abrego Garcia if we wanted lol (not that we SHOULD, js)
