I have a question. How is bombing that has killed majority civilians considered “defending yourself?” The IDF reported in January 2025 they had killed 20,000 members of Hamas. In January 2025, the death toll in Gaza was 46,000. So about 56% the people killed are innocent civilians. Is that not bad?

First of all, where is the number 46,000 coming from because I find it hard to believe that that many civilians died after Israel drops leaflets and sends alerts for evacuations. Second, Hamas started this war and is hiding behind civilians. Civilian casualties are awful, and nobody wants them. But the number just aren’t that high.

If you’re Jewish, you’re a disappointment to your ancestors. They died by means of genocide. Just because Palestinians aren’t being rounded up in camps like the holocaust does not make it any less of a genocide- innocent lives are being taken at disproportionate levels.
