I’m not religious but the people I know who are, when you pray don’t you have to be more specific like what for? But maybe I don’t know

One needn’t be specific since God is omnipotent, but I suppose it could help in some regard if the person/people praying know exactly what’s going on. Her cancer is in her blood.
