A couple of my friends are also renting out rooms in their homes on Airbnb. They make enough doing that that it covers their mortgage with a little left over on top of their income. Only issue is finding good tenants

Most adults will have debt anyway that’s completely unavoidable nowadays especially after this administration with all these cuts on funding for schools and hospitals. Yeah China is known for its human abuse violations, yk that right? Like that high speed train they made? The reason it was made so fast and cheaply was because they stepped on all the little people making it. The Chinese government hides the death tolls because they are a dictatorship, but it’s estimated that thousands of (specifically migrant) people were killed making it. Specifically Cali, New York, and Massachusetts were talking about a “leaving tax” to try and prevent people from leaving from high taxes. Work/life issues(they have one of the highest suicide rates). The only place that seems nice is some south Asian places but they also have their own issues. I’m an electrician. I make really good money in New England but I’d make pretty much nothing over there. Same with a lot of low cost of living countries. Everywhere just sucks. We have a good thing in America tbh
