Buddy, you can find engraved stone tablets from 500+ BC that say the same thing. This is just the nature of life. Every good has an opposite, as does every bad. Human (and all animals) nature is, like the wind or sea, a force that is natural and continuous. Once you see that, it gets easier.

Low key think it’s the internet anonymity. It’s removed all social consequences and as a result degraded societies. I also think the birth rate crisis is a consequence of this. The internet has allowed people to grow up without talking to people or developing social skills. But most of all, if you don’t want too, you simply don’t have to talk to people in the modern age. Whereas we were forced to before.

Im terrified about a lot rn, i get it. I dont even read the news anymore because it makes me panic. But these things are a cycle of good and bad. There will always be helpers, even in bad times. Look for them.
