The past couple days I’ve been doing things that I usually am too scared to do and it’s been very freeing! Trying my best to trust my life and my choices more than fearing it all, and so far it’s been very rewarding!
Any tips on how I can overcome my fear of going to the gym?? I really know I need to, but it’s terrifying in there

I totally get it! It’s incredibly intimidating, but I think it can help to remind yourself of your goals and that every single person in the gym had to start somewhere. Even if they like to pretend like to act like they didn’t! Don’t forget to trust yourself and the process too!
