Weird flex but okay

Look at smaller houses in areas that aren’t large urban centers. Very reasonable houses can be found for sub 200k in my area, and I’m not an unreasonable commute from several mid sized cities. Most people complaining about house prices are looking at the price of houses in big cities, sure you can really want to live in NYC but so do literally millions of other people. Midsize-vill Pennsylvania? Not so much.
