Trust me, I’ve seen my fair share of racism on the left. Especially the condescending attitude towards my community just because Asians tend to do great on tests.

I’ve seen both sides of the ladder with that stereotype. Straight F’s and another girl never got anything below an A in her life but that’s bc she had very strict parents who didn’t let her even have the chance of getting anything below that.

Tell me about it. Apparently, according to mainland Chinese, I grew up with the ultimate version of the tiger Mom because Shanghai has a bit of a reputation. But still, I prefer eastern culture.
