Gonna make this simple for every mf who sees and reads this. 16-17 dating/sleeping with 16-17 is legal. the SECOND one of the people is above 18 and the other is below it (unless the romeo and juliet law applies and one of them turned 18 WHILE they were already together) then it’s illegal as fuck as it’s still sex with a minor. if you’re 20 sleeping with a 17 year old, that’s illegal as fuck. if you’re 18 sleeping with a 17 year old you JUST met, it’s illegal as fuck.
