Oh 1000000% I’m a poc and online spaces are extremely toxic because it’s predominantly white peoples who have never met a non white person in their life. And sometimes even the progressive ones too who try to talk about social justice but have never seen any racial issues in real life it’s exhausting

I’m not going to have this conversation of how gender is a “social construct”. I respect you too much and myself to allow this bending of reality to match what fits your opinion. Basic science explains that there are two genders or two sexes (there are no more no less) right. I understand that the modernized meaning of gender means it’s a social construct but even then, a male has manly duties and a female has womanly duties. How is it possible for a female to have manly duties or vice versa?

Rather presumptuous wouldn’t you say? I could say the same thing for anything that offends you too right? Not trying to start an argument, however, your personal offenses were made clear by this initial post in the first place and could tell you the same thing: “I’d advise you to actually learn about the things that offend you.” So presuming I know nothing about it is not a logical argument because there is no logic in the topic itself it seems.

Gender: A social construct that designates roles based on one’s sex Sex: biological makeup based on one’s reproductive system and hormones I feel as if I see why there is such a disconnect in this world, nobody has respect. You say I run away and cry when I desire to have a conversation. I guess this is what I get for doing that on an app like this though. When there’s no responsibility, there’s no desire for respecting others. Would you treat anyone like this? I want to say no but you tell me.

You didn’t have a desire for a conversation. The beginning of the conversation was you saying incorrect information, me asking you to define the terms, and then you saying no in a long winded rant.

Wait no way, my comment asking you about what a woman is being flagged is actually proof as to why there is no such thing as conversation on apps like these. You would think it’s actually a pretty relevant question yet apparently the app itself finds it offensive. Oh the irony.

It’s only relevant in a conversation that actually happens. Why do you feel comfortable asking things that prompt a discussion but not answering until you’re too emotionally impacted by being confronted with that behavior?
