But honestly rationing water isn’t that abnormal, where I live it’s desert and prone to droughts so sometimes we go entire summers on water rations/limits

crazy for a taxachusetts resident to say. your snow is taken care of by higher local taxes than if weather management was federally funded and distributed as needed. you are literally paying more money than anyone else in new england for your own problems bc you decided somebody else’s were somebody else’s.
