I feel like every comment so far is partially correct, but what everyone fails to consider is that communication eliminates a lot of these problems. TALK to your partner about what you do and don’t want, what you do and don’t need. Be prepared to compromise a little, but if you’re absolutely incompatible, don’t marry them. I’d take someone less attractive and less wealthy if it meant we both respected one another’s needs

I think that person expects to marry for money and not have sex or worry about being a good spouse. A poor person wouldn’t go along with that. A rich person, who has more options, certainly wouldn’t go for that.

no one is saying never have sex but if one partner isn’t in the mood there’s nothing wrong with that. forcing them to still have sex when you can see or they’ve expressed they aren’t in the mood is coercion i.e 🍇
