Just take things slowly and make sure all parties respect each others boundaries.

Havent either but have had pelvic exams. If its the first time having something in there its gonna hurt and might bleed if female. Dont push your body past its limit, prep accordingly

bleeding is not normal and is a sign of tearing which is an injury. I think whoever did your exam was bad at their job

Thats probably true. It was impromptu and done with a way too big speculum. That + having vaginismus was a very bad combo. Luckily my current gynecologist sedates me, makes it way easier
