And no one is saying independents are The Issue. Plenty of people are independents, the problematic ones are the centrists who turn a blind eye to the fucked up authoritarian things trump is doing

It’s just not as black and white as you think. Although I do believe trump is doing some authoritarian things and terrible things, I don’t believe there’s genocide or human rights being taken away by trump. It’s not that centrists are turning a blind eye it’s just that we (or I) don’t think it’s occurring like you do.
