Boeleter had a hitlist including both democrats and republicans. In full context Charlie Kirk was referencing how every other repeat offender (especially if black or an immigrant in places like San Francisco) are continuously bailed out (often cashless). It was plainly an exaggeration and sarcasm if you listen to the audio instead of just reading a headline. Kind of a weird example for you to bring up being that he was assasinated by a leftist. The Trump shooter made donations to democrats.
