That’s the thing I see people complain that veterans only get a day but there’s several days and months for active and retired military personnel of all the branches Even some more specific days to celebrate veterans who fought in specific wars or battles

And for those who don’t know- National Military Appreciation Month is in May, Vietnam Veterans Day is on March 29th, Women’s Veterans Day is on June 12th, National Day of the Deployed is October 26th And there are so many more including branch birthdays, K9 veterans day, Medal of Honor Day, and more months including months dedicated to the children and spouses of military members
