Depending on what industry u work in, 99% of jobs remeber ur portfolio!! A portfolio is like 90% of what they look at. A resume only weighs a lot if you've worked at some of the best companies in ur industry. A resume can only do so much, a portfolio is the difference between "I can do this" and "proof of what I can do". Everyone can have the same thing in a resume, but not everyone has the same thing in a portfolio. This is how you fight that "you need experience first" bs. Good luck!

I graduated top of my class with a 4.0 and I have had many people review my resume. Everyone says it’s great. It’s because I don’t have 15 years of experience 🥀
