I no longer go to church but I was raised in church and attending bible study until high school. Sometimes people who haven’t read the bible think that, in Christianity, being a good, innocent person is enough to go to Heaven. I think being good and altruistic should. But accepting God/Jesus as savior is the only prerequisite. You could promote genocide and ultimately be an evil person until ur 90 y.o. As long as you “truly” end up accepting Jesus you’d go to heaven.
