True. Dealt with asshole interviewers who said I’ll be hearing back and then ghost me and don’t reply to my emails following up with them on my application. These people are dogs

Some of the things I learned. Is that employees are using good desperate people for “fake” interviews. I had a friend in a HR internship who would call in plenty of good people for interviews just for her boss to say we already know who we’re gonna hire. We just need the numbers.
