Ok yes. However with the ability to be able to prevent children being stripped every day or made harder or illegal. “Oops” babies are going to become more common. However underage pregnancies have dropped to an all time low so that’s a win.

It’s becoming illegal to have abortions in many places / states. Plan B is becoming illegal to sell. Even terminating pregnancies when it isn’t safe for the mother to carry to term is now illegal too again in a lot of states. Lots of people end up pregnant when they can’t afford kids but many have to end up having kids because these resources are being taken away.
