Pretty self explanatory. The U.S. experienced its hottest 12 month period on record. The US is also the 2nd largest carbon polluter. Republicans are actively pushing the increased burning of fossil fuels which directly correlates with this heat.

This post was 50% rage bait like I said but it was also a brutal reminder that extended heat waves like the one I’m in are going to become more common. Especially if republicans don’t get the fossil fuel lobby out of their pockets.
