PSA Flock is partnered with local law enforcement agencies. When a high risk vehicle is reported (kidnapping, murder, etc) the plate goes into the system, and Flock notifies LE where the last place that vehicle was, and if it shows up again

Also, that’s not how the 4th amendment works :) there’s no expectation of privacy on public roadways, so a camera being out doesn’t violate anything
