If you want to be healthy and look healthy 1. Eat healthy food, and never more than you need to survive 2. Drink mostly if not only water 3. Exercise hard enough to be out of breath and sore at least 4 times a week for 1 hour each. 4. Shower.

That’s literally all you need to do. If somebody tries to get you to spend money and claims they have the secret to being healthy THEY’RE FUCKING LYING TO YOU. Yes, even that testosterone boosting bullshit and all the protein supplements.

Except for maybe vitamin D, which is oddly enough the one thing probably everybody should supplement. But that’s super cheap, and you can get by without it.

The only thing you got wrong was the level and amount of exercise you need to maintain optimal health. It’s the general consensus in medical community now that people need roughly 150 minutes of exercise per week
