While I get what you mean in regard to skincare being for “women”, it’s generally all the same. 1. Use a good facial cleanser like CeraVé(neutral, not too feminine or manly) 2. Exfoliate in MODERATION. You can do physical like a brush or scrub OR you can do chemical, which is usually an Alpha Hydroxy Acid or a Beta Hydroxy. 3. Moisturize! CeraVé is also good for this. 4. This is a long term thing, but make sure you’re drinking water!!! It is so important to keep your skin hydrated.
As a woman and have recommended this routine to a man before. CeraVe is my favorite face wash and moisturizer. I’ve been using it sense I was in middle school and has never failed me. And I have pretty sensitive skin. Coming from my boyfriend’s perspective who has a lot of facial hair it works well for him as well and can tend to help with some ingrown hairs.
