get a SHIT ton of pimple patches. puts a barrier on the skin, helps them heal, and also they’re kind of expensive so you’ll think twice about picking it off to get to the bump

I sometimes will paint my nails with nail polish, I found that picking it off of my nails helped me a lot! Or having a fidget keychain on my keys

You can buy big hydrocolloid bandages/sheets on Amazon that are cheaper and you can cut to whatever size you need. It’s definitely helped me to stop picking
