Cause I figured telling her that I'm her boss and therefore cannot go out with her would be enough of an explanation. Apparently she thinks after a few weeks I'd be more open to it but she literally just turned 18 and I'm about to turn 24. That's some borderline illegal shit nevermind the moral implications.
