JT in Tocancins was so charismatic he had two people willing to throw away their games just so he would win. One of them was after hanging out for the afternoon after they had just met

That’s exactly why he’s on the list, but it’s also important to mention that he had a pretty bad social game in his later seasons, especially HvV. The Heroes tribe in particular HATED him and he couldn’t charm them the same way he had in Tocantins, whereas other players like Cirie were always very well-liked by the other players
