Like no one naturally says stuff like “As a Goliath…” or “I did this because I’m no collar!” It’s clearly production encouraging the players to say those things and mention the theme every chance they get and it feels so unnatural and fake to me in a show that usually feels very real

SO REAL. People always talk about how much they miss themed seasons but when I remember hearing them announced it was cringe as hell

This is why I say theme in name alone or gimmick themes are better. No pressure to act a certain way to fit the “theme of the season”
