SAME. people complain about players just using idols to get to the end but thats literally the game devens would have played if he won yet the fanbase loves him for whatever reason and wishes he won

He was a good character and felt like a much better representative of the Edge twist than Chris was. Seeing Devens, who was a fun character/personality, fight back in and then fight to survive the entire game just to get taken out by some early boot with the personality of a rock who won his way back in right before the finale SUCKED.

I really hope he does. He’s my favorite survivor player (context: I haven’t seen that many seasons tho) and I need him to do well here

Oh for sure but I think he might be able to blend in and let the bigger more well known threats, like Cirie and Christian, take the heat first and hopefully build some good relationships in the meantime

I also think the cast will underestimate him a fair bit since tbf he would’ve been an early boot if not for edge and then survived a while due to idols, but I think being underestimated while give him an edge here
