It is “a lion” but if you listen it sounds like “he wasn’t lying” so a coward claims he’s not a coward he’s a lion which means he was lying about being a lion becuase he IS a coward. She basically it’s supposed to be like he claimed he wasn’t lying but she can see it becuase he’s clearly not a lion…idk if that makes sense but if you listen closely it sounds like wasn’t lying
