Well no. Out of the two of those I think maybe the football player would be more closely aligned with the song with football/ sports analogies than the feud she had with a pop star but ok.

Well, she loves to use a lot of imagery and metaphors and divert attention from the obvious in her songs. Thank you Aimee is the same, I don’t think it’s about Kim even tho it looks that way on the surface. Likewise, I don’t think the alchemy is about Travis at all, even tho it’s filled with football lines

well sometimes the songs don’t have those metaphors and is that obvious . Just like So high School is so obviously about travis. but i personally believe the alchemy is about him, before playing it at eras she literally made sure to point out that it was the 87th show, then continues to sing the song looking straight at him. It’s hard to believe that the song is secretly about her old feud with katy perry..

So high school isn’t very specific about Travis, we know it’s about him bc it’s a love song she wrote while dating him. And I’m not saying it’s about Katy Perry, but it’s def not about Travis. It could be about Joe, her fans, touring, etc. I just don’t think it’s about Travis
