Also people are more critical of her bc she’s a nepo baby. Her father works in film and he knows music people. If you’re going to get a job based off of connections you better be amazing. You can’t have access to vocal and other music lessons and sing like you’re struggling to breathe

Gracie Abrams has a terrible studio and live voice. She needs to invest in vocal lessons. She’s a pathetic excuse for a singer

Ok but she actually doesn’t sound good. With Taylor it’s just because her range isn’t that wide but with Gracie she actually sounds bad.

yeah i feel like it's very much a "studio voice" vs "live voice" and takes a lot of training to be able to switch between them

The only thing I see is her breathing too much, that’s what makes her sound ‘bad’. She has a good live voice though, she just needs to not breathe in between every word she sings you know?

See I know I can’t sing and I have no intention of becoming a singer, so I’m not gonna put effort into singing. She wants to sing, she needs to put in the work bc she’s been sounding breathless from the beginning
