i don’t think that’s related to the fact that the albums 12 tracks. she went deep in why the album is 12 tracks, and only 12 tracks. i think Pinocchio is there for more of symbolism or may have something to do with a song, or lyric on the album

if you look at the transcript of what she said, it is absolutely still up for grabs lol obviously she wants us at first listen to no longer expect a double album, but go back and listen to her actual wording
