You can be! I just don’t like how she says “there’s no such thing as a bitch or a slut or bossy” and she has been upset at being called a bitch before. To go around and call women a word you know hurts, is a choice.

also to do that in a song about how women’s words hurt is crazy work. you’re telling me “honey” and “sweetheart” are uncool to use as insults but you’re fine with “bitch”?

I don’t think it’s done that way tho. She’s not taking about a specific person like Kanye was. She’s simply describing circumstances. I took it as like how she felt in the moment. Also in the context the woman was being rude to her? The girl was being hostile so she described her in a way that conveyed that. I just don’t think her feelings are that deep to be hurtful.

I actually fully agree with you here! I think that she’s using it not to be hurtful but to convey how she felt and like your gut reaction to the hurt
