I don’t think TTPD being so long was why it lost. I don’t really care how long an album is as long as it tells a story. That’s why I don’t see an album as a collection of songs, but rather songs that are carefully picked and placed in an order that tell a cohesive story. Personally, I felt that the story with TTPD wasn’t very cohesive. Maybe if she rearranged some tracks and removed some universally bad ones (robin, thank you Aimee), I would’ve liked it better

Let’s be honest, TTPD was not a winner and with reason. It was incredible rushed and all over the place. It had some amazing songs but also some of her worse

Personally I think her 13th Album is going to be ABSOLUTELY INSANE I think it’s going to be the most beautiful thing she’s ever done and this is just a teaser for ts14

No it wasn’t… but same w TTPD only the standard edition was submitted. Idk I’ve just seen some people criticize the album was way too long and that’s why part of it didn’t win. I love having so many songs from her I don’t think an album needs to be succinct to be good!

I agree, but my skips are in the double digits. Some songs did eventually grow on me but I still cringe when I hear the title track
