I definitely think the main reason Taylor doesn’t talk about political issues and only donates privately rn is because trump and lots of MAGA people hate her and it’s to help prevent her from being in more issues with him. Once she endorsed Kamala 1/2

All you hear is that he hates her and that she’s “not hot” and he makes jokes about her. I definitely think because he’s the president it’s best for her to keep her distance from politics as long as he’s in office.

yeah theres a point where it becomes overkill if u talk to much about politics. shes a singer and an entertainer. thats her JOB… not to be a political activist. like why dont people get that 🤦‍♂️ her following is big but everyone shouldnt be doing exactly as she tells them because thats simply not free thinking. yes you can side with what she believes in but do your own research as well! its literally not that hard. and thats what makes me so angry with certain people who want her to speak out

The only reason I care is bc she made that whole ass documentary where she asked fans to call her out if she wasn’t on the right side of history, and how much being silent hurts her. So either she was lying in the documentary and being performative, or she completely changes her personality based on the man she is with

Like people need to be doing their own research and making their own opinions. I just think releasing the documentary on why you want to be political and then to not be political is clown behavior
