i totally agree. if i wasn’t a fan i wouldn’t have critiques of the album. i only care because i already am invested in taylor swift

I see where you’re coming from. But you don’t necessarily have the resonate with an album to like it. Feel the beat, feel the drums, feel the guitar, feel her choice of wording, feel the song itself.

idk why people think surface level lyrics = happy. we’ve heard her happy before!
