Yall what do I do 😭 i emailed umg asking about my cardigan and when it’ll be shipped today. Ig my address was insufficient so they cancelled and refunded the order right after I emailed them. I live on a college campus I selected the one it recommended

Is there any hope? I got a confirmation email from the first preorder and it said it was confirmed up until they cancelled it so it wasn’t like I didn’t get it while it was in stock
