before the song is out, does an ‘eldest daughter’ mean you are the 1st born kid who is also a daughter or does it mean you’re the oldest daughter of the daughters only? I have an older brother but technically the oldest daughter with 2 younger brothers

I think it doesn’t matter either, you may not be the oldest SIBLING but you’re the oldest daughter so it would apply, and if you’re the oldest daughter in general then it also applies to you, me personally i’m the youngest daughter and general sibling but i can already see myself relating to the song just based on my family dynamic so it all depends!
