This being said, I do agree that there’s been a lot of unfair sentiment about Taylor in light of the album. Saying Joe “Needs to come back” or that “Joe wrote folklore” is literally against everything she stands for. She spent multiple years of her life and hundreds of millions of dollars to buy back music she wrote & made a documentary about misogyny in music/stardom. Doing all of that just to have a fan say that a MAN wrote one of her most awarded and successful albums to date is crazy.
