So the track 5 is eldest daughter. And that got me thinking, is Tay considered an eldest daughter? Because I’ve always considered an eldest daughter to be the oldest girl but there are other girls. Because I’m an eldest daughter and I have a sister. 1/2

Also I’m very curious how this song will be like, bc her parents have been very supportive of her dreams since she was a child. They even moved to Nashville to help her career. Would they have done the same with Austin?

But while Tay is the eldest she’s also the only daughter because all she has is a brother.

I consider her an eldest daughter. Maybe it’s just my culture, but sons are preferred and the eldest daughter (regardless of how many siblings and if there are brothers) always goes through so much more than the other siblings

As an eldest daughter I don’t agree because while my little sisters only 8 I do see her getting a different treatment and held to lower standards than I did when I was her age. And only daughters don’t need to see another girl get a different treatment:
