Damn, last year when I said I didn’t like TTPD yall were nasty and told me to keep my wrong opinions to myself and told me to un alive myself. Now it seems that everyone can say a negative opinion on the album without any pushback

I had to block the one girl who was saying that if you didn’t like it’s bc you aren’t getting laid bc she said lesbian sex isn’t real sex

Oh yikes, I’m sorry that’s happening to you. No one deserves any hate for their feelings on an album. I just thought it was funny that when I’m in the minority of not liking something you get so much hate and when the majority doesn’t like something you get called stupid for liking it

Swifties are homophobic. She told me I just needed wood to fix me, safe to say I will never be able to listen to that song now

I honestly am used to it. I know now when I go into swiftie spaces that I’m the minority and that I’m most likely going to experience homophobia. I have been told before this album even came out that if Travis had his way with me I would turn straight

some people just don’t need to be swifties at all. i personally would never say something like that to anyone because thats so insane to say…

Oh for sure! I have been like repulsed by Travis since this was said to me and like seeing him makes me physically uncomfortable. There is a section of swifties who think that all lesbians are creepy predators who need to be straightened out

My really really really hot take is that once she got the best award in music for a mid album (midnights, even tho i personally enjoy it), she realized she could get the sales and awards without all the effort and that’s why we have TTPD and showgirl (I do think TTPD has some really good songs, but bc there’s so many songs in general it’s hard to pick them out)

TTPD was overkill. i mean cmonnn like 4+ minute songs, and almost 30 songs??? people got short short attention spans today. no wonder she made this album short asf. no one got time for that

Personally I don’t mind longer individual songs (I love speak now) but if that’s the case I feel like there should be less songs (12-16). I also believe that an album isn’t just a collection of songs, it should be tight knit and tell a cohesive story from start to finish and that the title track (if present) should summarize the album. But that’s just me

i feel like with speak now though, the songs were pretty quick paced. not a slow buildup like in TPD
