You should probably work on your sleep schedule if you need both stimulants AND sedatives.

they were prescribed them for a reason and trying to acuse someone of not working on themselves when you don’t know why they’ve been prescribed the medicine they have is crazy work

Dog— it’s not a sleep schedule thing. I have chronic pain and anxiety that’s so bad I literally can’t sleep without it. And also raging ADHD. I do really need both. And honestly I kind of wished my shit as body could be fixed with “working on my sleep schedule”.

Ah shit I din know u had allat goin on Tbf tho it’s a coin toss between being fucked by genetics & circumstance and chugging two monsters, doomscrolling til 3am, & sleeping through your alarm for an hour and a half every day like some of my roommates have.

I got it done! It was hell but I got it done! The new Sabrina carpenter album helped a lot. And thank god for redbull. Doing calc III while actively falling asleep was crazy- but I actually ended up getting all hundreds sooo…. I guess miracles do happen.
