failed almost all my classes last quarter cuz of depression and i feel so shitty about it :(

Make sure you’re applying for accommodations from the school because depression is a REAL disability and so debilitating. You need to make sure the school can help you more while you’re feeling the way you do. I’m right there with you. We will get through it. 💪

i did get them but ngl didn’t use them cuz it felt unfair to other students that i get to turn work in late because im lazy 💀 now looking back it wasn’t that big of a deal

No it wasn’t that big of a deal because MANY students have accommodations and the education system is fucked to begin with. You deserve to get all the help that you are being allowed to receive because the system wasn’t built for anything but robots.

I am too 🥺. I didn’t realize that what I had been dealing with was actually ptsd (not TikTok ptsd). I’m intently doing everything in my power to get my brain right: learning how to set boundaries, saying no to things, sleeping right, starting emdr therapy, etc . It’s been hard but I’m doing better. I still crash out daily tho.
