Back when I was a DDD (or smthn idk) I wore a GC2B binder, I got a full tank style cause I also had a half tank and found it stuck out weirdly around my ribs. I also see tape recommended but I haven’t tried it

spectrum but clothing matters more than in smaller chest ppl in addition to binding when you've got a larger chest
