Could be changing legislation in your area or a new policy to cover HRT? Depends on your state. GoodRX plug btw

i’ve haven’t switched insurances but weirdly enough my t went down 50% this year (i’m also in a red state) manifesting no copay for myself 🙏

no clue about the legislation. i’m on my moms insurance from her job so neither of us are questioning it cause it’s just another plus for us.
