i have never been able to get as flat as i want, but baggy shirts that are like. pillowy? are a must!!

I got nothing unfortunately, I have never tried tape bc I was told it won’t work. Even with binders it doesn’t lie anywhere near flat

and remember that cis men are ALSO usually not flat (or outright have breasts!)
