i can't take the dysphoria anymore i almost stay home every single day unable to face the world because of it and then they tell me the wait list for A CONSULTATION for surgery is 1+ year. please just get these things off me

and my binder is stretched out doesn't work anymore to give me relief from the dysphoria + every single one of my shirts seems to have shrunk and only hoodies are comfortable again. HELP!!!! I'M BECOMING 13 AGAIN!!!!!
