This answer may vary but for me its always just been more of a minor discomfort that has grown over time. I am... ok (in some ways) with being born with a dick. But as time has gone on (from 16-21) it has gone from a minor nuisance to a larger issue. This isnt to say that i have major dysphoria like others but to say that when presenting female i am happier and that it makes me feel better.
